At Acupressure Health Care Mart, we follow a Strict No Return & No Refund Policy. We only offer Replacement in genuine cases.
1️⃣ When Is Replacement Allowed?
Replacement is available only if:

The product is damaged on delivery

The product has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item
⏳ The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Conditions for Replacement

The product must be unused and in original packaging

Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory

The issue must be reported within 24 hours
⚠️ Personal care and hygiene products (massagers, rollers, spa tools, etc.) cannot be replaced once used, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
3️⃣ How to Request a Replacement?

Share your order number with clear photos and unboxing video

Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours

If approved, replacement will be processed
🚚 Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your pin code.
If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
4️⃣ Replacement Timeline

Verification: 24–48 hours

Replacement dispatch: 3–5 working days

Delivery: 5–7 working days
5️⃣ COD & 10% Advance Policy

A 10% advance payment is required to confirm COD orders

If the order is refused at delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable

Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction or cancellation of future COD orders
6️⃣ Important Notes

No returns or refunds are allowed under any circumstances

Replacement is subject to approval after verification

False or misleading claims may lead to order cancellation or account blacklisting
